Adobe Acrobat DC stops working when prepare form

Hello,

Every time I try to "prepare form" in any of my documents adobe stops working and I need to close and re open. It was working well until last week. I already updated, repair, uninstall and installed again. Running Windows 10 surface pro 3

Please confirm if you have the updated version of the application.

Have you tried it with other files too or just a particular one?

Also please share your workflow and any error you receive.

I am having this same problem.

I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v 2015.020.20039, running on Windows10.

I have tried with a few files and receive the same error each time I try to Prepare Form.  I can Edit and JavaScript and other things just fine.
