Adobe Acrobat DC - text dissapearing

I recently got Adobe Acrobat DC. I am having problems with 2 main things. The main one is that text randomly dissapears. The worst issue was today when I went to insert a page and suddenly when I did that, about 10 pages of text edits disappeared. But oddly enough, it was more like random letters disappeared. It is very frustrating when you have to edit 10 pages twice.

The 2nd issue is that the program randomly just shuts down in the middle of editing. Screen turns gray and then I get a warning that the program needs to close.

Both very frustrating.

Can anyone help?

I just tested and do not have this issue with Acrobat Pro XI....maybe DC flaw only?

I've got the same issue..it's horrible--I paid 200 bucks to get the latest and greatest adobe product and I have my customers having to tell me I'm sending them documents with missing letters.

It's very frustrating to have to keep saving over and over again for when the letters start disappearing.

I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1803, OS build 17134.228

Processor: Intel i7-7700 @ 3.6 GHz
RAM: 16 GB

64-bit operating system

It happens as soon as i save it, apparently: just re-did the whole file, clicked save, and then this happened:

All of the files that are having text disappear that have been inserted were created USING THE ADOBE PRINT TO PDF function when printing from Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Please help!
