Adobe Acrobat - deleting multiple pages

We are using bookmarks as a way to identify pages that need to be deleted for confidentiality reasons. Sometimes there are 50 or more bookmarks. Is there an easy way to delete all the pages at once?

Or is there a way to see what pages are bookmarked when you are in Thumbnails?

- Not sure what you mean... It might be possible to delete all pages associated with several bookmarks if you marked them all in a specific way, like coloring them in red or changing their name somehow.

- When you browse the file the bookmark that points to the current page you're on will become highlighted, but since you can't have the Bookmarks panel and the Pages panel open at the same time, that won't work when you scroll in the latter.

The only other option I can think of is to add the bookmark names to the actual pages using a script, like this one I've developed:

Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Add Bookmarks Names To Pages

After doing that you'll be able to see the names of the bookmarks on the thumbnails themselves when you scroll through them.

For your first question - consider asking in the javascript sub-forum.

For the 2nd question - asfaik - no.

Be well...
