Adobe Acrobat didnt work and displays two errors

Adobe Acrobat didn't work and displays two errors respectively 1. The document could not be printed. and after clicking Ok second error appears 2. There are no pages selected to printed.

I am using network shared printer, and I can print from any other documents but cannot print from Adobe Acrobat, it was working before but suddenly stops printing with upper describe errors.

I need solution for this issue. please help me. Thanks

Hi ,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat Software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

If you are on Windows OS, open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Are those documents which you are trying to print are on network drive or local, please save them on Local drive & then check .
