Adobe Acrobat keyboard shortcuts - Mac OS

The list on Adobe's site seems to omit prompt commands for entering 'Read Mode' via a shortcut, as well as the prompt command for displaying the 'Document Properties' and 'Properties' dialog boxes. I've recently switched from Windows to Mac, so I'm a bit confused and annoyed.

Help me out, please!
