Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 - Unable to convert web page to PDF

This error message appears when converting a web page to PDF. There is no similar file open or saved onto the laptop, all settings are the same on similar built laptops, print spooler is empty.

Because there is no other document open the Save a Copy option is useless. Runs on Windows 8 with IE10.

Any ideas or resolutions? Thank you.

Note: This is not on my/our laptop9s) but on a company laptop our Service Desk supports.

Hi

Does this happen for any website or some specific urls ?

Please make sure that the url you are trying to convert is a web page and not an online PDF file.

This happens for every website and intranet page, and only for this user on his laptop.
