Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 serial expired

Hello,

I buy some time ago, an Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I have the serial in my Adobe account. Last week, I uninstall the old software and I try to install the Adobe to my new computer ( with Win10), But the serial ( the same serial) is not working. I thy to obtain a solution from Adobe Help, but they send me here in the forum, because the software is old, and they cannot help me. What must I do in order to register my old software in the new computer.

Also would like to inform that Acrobat 9 Pro is not compatible with Win 10, refer to this article :- Adobe Acrobat system requirements

Dear Yatharth,

Adobe work very well on Win10. The only problem is the serial. My serial number stored in my Adobe account isn't working to register again the Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I want that Adobe give me a valid serial to register my software on my new computer.

Does it say the number is expired? What is the message? Was it part of a suite? And where did you buy it?
