Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Printer margins

Hi All

We currently have a problem when printing a custom PDF document containing a money transfer part.

If we print the letter, the printer always assigns margins to the bottom of the page, causing the money transfer details to shift several millimeters upwards.

Because of this, the text does not fit into the necessary rectangular boxes.

The problem occurs on several printers.

Is there a solution to this problem?

P.S.: We already tried printing the document using the "Actual Size" properties in the printer settings, but this does not solve the problem.

Thanks.

Best Regards

In the meanwhile, we were able to find what was causing the problem:

Apparently the default page size of a new document in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is not the same as the page size of the A4 format. After using a custom size that more or less matches that of the A4 format, the document is printed out correctly on all printers.
