Adobe Acrobat Pro DC stuck/freeze

Team,

We are using Adobe Plugin for OCR extraction process in C# .net development tool.

we are facing stuck and freeze issue with Adobe Dc while OCR process is running, Application which invoke OCR plugin get stuck and when i take RDC session on that machine then application starts atomatically..(not sure what was the issue which is resolved by taking RDC session of that machine)

Can you guide how we can resolve this issue, this issue comes randomly, i mean there is no specific file related issue.

Please suggest if there is any Patch or fix provided for the reported issue.
