Greetings Folks

Received the replacement disk--thank you.  However as before when I go to install the drive on my computer does not display the program contents.  It treats the disk as if it were a blank disc and asks if the disk needs to be formatted.  The Drive does not show the name Adobe Acrobat and if you click the drive the little swirly just keeps swirling.  The name of the program does not show and when you click to install nothing happens.  My computer is a Windows 10 operating system. I did pass the proof of eligibility and received a serial number but I never get the program to install.

I went over to a friend and we tried the disk it his Windows 7 computer and the name of the program showed and when you click it began to install.  My friends computer is a Windows 7.

Is it possible that the revised Adobe Acrobat Pro DC  is not windows 10 compatible?  Why am I having this problem?  Are you able to help me?  I can/t believe that Windows 10 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC would not be compatible 6 months into the Windows 10 upgrade.

I appreciate your reply and help.

Hi waso33,

Please use this link to download & install the program on your system :- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

And then using the Serial Number you may activate the program.

Let me know if any issue persist.

Thank you, Yaharth for the link.  I will try it later today.

Forgive my caution before I do the download--would you confirm that your are responding as a legitimate representative of Adobe.  Forums have a lot of knowledgable and dedicated persons willing to share their expertise. They also have persons with lower ethics. There is an icon that seems to indicate you are Adobe staff but I just want to make sure.
