Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Student version perpetual License

Hi everyone,

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Student version DVD (or the perpetual license), and I haven't activated it yet because I wonder what happens after I graduate when I can't use my university email address. Does the license expires? or can I keep using it?

Can I use another email address to activate the software rather than my university email address?\
