Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended: The older versions used to have a "alignment" feature that straightened your PDF if it was scanned crooked. Where is this feature button??? Lost without it...

In Acrobat 9 you can select: Document > Optimize Scanned PDF

and one of the configurable settings is Deskew.
