Adobe Acrobat Pro XI: Checking a box will display a corresponding text box

I have a form that I have created.  But it's very dense.  So I'm trying to make it so the only way a text box displays is if the corresponding check-box has been selected.  Is that possible and, if so, what's the code (as well as instructions to enter it)?
