Hi ,

Please check ,it might be possible that internet would be disconnected or the clock on your machine would be set incorrectly.

Due to these two possibilities you get to experience this issue.

Hello , work in the information technology department of a company , and some users work with this software we have licenses only to a specific User is giving this issue, every time will open a PDF document appears the message for the registration , by clicking and on the next screen shows the message that there is no internet connection , already reinstalled the software , we put internet Full access to this User ( proxy ) and still does not register , even I logging into the machine 's User as an administrator and not we achieved the record .
