Hi ,

To install and activate the upgrade you need the serial number of the qualifying product ,i.e the serial number of previous version as well along with the serial number of the present Acrobat version.

In case you are unable to find it ,please refer the following link.

I have current version serial number but I don't have serial number of previous version ,
