Adobe Acrobat X pro, how can I change my version for Windows to MAC

Anyone of you can tell me my what should I do to change my Adobe Acrobat X pro for Windows that I bought you to Adobe in June 2011, the version I need now is for Mac, thank you, Luis Contreras from México City

Adobe doesn't sell this version anymore. You'll need to upgrade to Acrobat DC. If you purchase the subscription option you'll be able to install it on any platform. The perpetual license version is limited to a specific platform, though.

Thank you very much for your reply, I understand that I must buy new version, but if I paid for the purchase of Adobe Acrobat X Pro $449 on June 15, 2011, I that you import must pay to Adobe I change to the new version. At that time my Order Number was AD003992266 and the Item was Adobe Acrobat X Pro [Serial number removed]. Thank you Luis Contreras

I can't help you with this issue. You should contact Adobe Customer Service for help with the purchase of an upgrade.
