Adobe Acrobat X Pro won't open

Hi,

My laptop recently was stolen and so I bought another one. I'm trying to reinstall the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard I purchased in 2011. Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge and Illustrator were all installed correctly, but every time I try to open a PDF document, a window opens asking for my serial number. When I enter my serial number, it says it's not valid. It's the same one I used for the rest of Suite.

Please help me!

Thank you!

you may have a separate disc and serial number of acrobat x even though it was part of the suite your purchased.

if that's the case you must use the stand-alone installer for acrobat x and that (different from the suite) serial number.

if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account: Adobe ID
