Adobe Acrobat X Standard not Working w/ Epson WF-3620

I have been noticing issues with Adobe Acrobat X Standard such as:

Very slow to open Pdf. files from the web! I installed Google Chrome so that I can work w/o being slowed down by this issue!

Now today I just purchased an Epson Work Force-3620 and Adobe will not work with the new EPSON. I have tried to connect them through the dialog box within Adobe.

Epson confirms that the WF-3620 is working properly w/o any issues just finished with Tech. Support.

I need help getting the product to work with the Epson!

Hi ,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates ".

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Would request you to check after connecting this scanner locally to the system if its connected over network & then check for the same.

If issue still persist would request you to please check with different user account.
