Adobe Acrobat XI - File Question

We run Acrobat XI in a Citrix environment (Windows 8.1).  I was looking through the server, and I found a handful of "ChromeDWriteFontCache" files for each user, all with date modified dates of today.  I initially assumed it was something to do with Google Chrome, but given that Google Chrome isn't installed, and the files are each located at the "C:\users\username\appdata\local\adobe\acrocef\dc\acrobat\" location, that pointed me in the direction of Adobe.  There is 1 file per user, and they are all exactly the same size, 25,787 KB.  My question is, what is that file?  What's creating it?  Is there some way to omit that file being created?
