Adobe Acrobat XI not working

I just installed Acrobat XI on my new laptop.  I go to print something, I select Acrobat.  A box pops up asking for my product and serial number.  My product name is NOT on the list, so when I enter the serial number there is not match. Any ideas?? Help!
