Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and Error: 16 - no fix yet?

Have downloaded the Adobe Labs cleaner and removed the new install twice, but now my Pro XI will not even open, it simply gives me the Error: 16 death star block.

I have work to do.

Is there a fix?
