Adobe Acrobat XI Pro randomly crashes

Today, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro has been randomly closing after a few minutes after opening.  I have determined that Adobe_LicUtil.exe process launches before Acrobat closes.  I've confirmed that my product is licensed.  Has anyone else experienced this and what was the fix?
