Adobe Acrobat XI Pro validation of serialnumber

Question

I have installet Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and must valid my serialnumber, but Adobe Acorbat XI Pro is not on the list. How do I valid ?

correct, you need to recover that serial number.if it was purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account Adobe ID

you have an upgrade version of acrobat xi.

after you start the xi installer you are prompted for your xi serial number. after entering it the installer will prompt you to select the previous version of acrobat from which you upgraded. after selected that you are prompted for the previous version's serial number.

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.
