Adobe Acrobat XI Professional. Student Teacher Edition

I have purchased a new PC as my old PC's hard drive was damaged.

I installed Acrobat XI Pro onto my new PC and the prompt I received was:-

"The serial number you entered is invalid.  Please try again with a valid serial number.  If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.

Customer Support sent me here!!!

Call them back. They are required to help you (Acrobat XI is still supported). Ask them to verify that your s/n is indeed valid, first of all.

Hi Nassima Dalal,

Could you please let us know the OS version on your new system ?

Try installing acrobat XI from this link : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Also try referring this article : Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite
