Adobe acrobate pro Localstorage

hello ,
I am making adobe acrobate plugin , i want to save a api  locally in adobe app one time so i can use it anytime and then also i  can replace that with other api . 
Is that possible . If yes pls provide some documents regarding this how can i do these things.
