Adobe Application Manager update

How can I update the Adobe Application Manager on a new Windows 10 computer with a 64-bit operating system. CS5 installed fine with the correct and accepted serial number, but when I try to update it's components I get the message:

"There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later."
