Adobe Catalog with Order Form

I've created a catalog in Adobe that has a couple hundred items broken down in 20 pages.  I would like the user to be able to click on the item they want to place it on an order form.  In theory they would click on the item, it would bring up a window asking the quantity and the user can click a button that says Add to order.  Once complete the user can see their order by clicking on the View Order button.  Once confirmed they would be able to send the order to our company via email.  Is this possible in Adobe?  Is it something I would be able to do on my own or would you recommend I find a programmer who could help me?

If you're talking about a PDF file then you should use the Acrobat JavaScript forum.

Adobe makes many different products.

Please specify which Adobe product you're using & if applicable your version number and computer operating system.
