Adobe Cut and Paste functions

I currently have adobe standard and like the features of pro, however I do not need all the functions. Is there another program that I can use? I would like to be able to cut and paste from one PDF to Another with ease.

Those are the only versions available of Acrobat. Give the 30-day trial version of Acrobat Pro a go and see if it works for you before purchasing it.
