Question

Adobe DC 2015 when I go to save or "save as" the save box is blank.

Anyone know how to resolve?  I have reinstalled several times but problem keeps coming back. Windows 7 Pro, no viruses or malware actually happening on a second work station as well.

Does the normal Reader window say "Sign in" at top right?

Hi brendapcds,

Open your Acrobat and navigate to Edit menu > Preferences > General and uncheck the option " Show online storage when saving files". Click OK to save the changes.

Let me know if issue still persists.
