adobe dc dropdown menu limit characters and auto move in next field

i create a drop down menu with option to allow user to add custom text...

now how to add a permission for max user character = 100 and if characters is max (100) then go to next field automatically?

What do you mean by an option to add custom text?  Did you use extra fields for this?
