Adobe DC will not access storage or dropbox

I have installed the latest version of Aobe DC. Now it will not access any storage wether it is storage on my device or any other type of storage. when I try to add a dropbox account as well it just gets stuck on a flashing logo (the one with 4 grey squares that light up blue in a clock wise direction). Please help!
