Adobe doesnot keep relative links when converting excel to pdf? how to proceed?

I have an excel file with many links to pdf files. Those links are relative to the poistin of the excel file.

When converting to pdf with adobe the links are converted in absolute links.

What's wrong in my process? Do I have to sepcify a specific options or...?
