Adobe Export PDF-Conversion

I am subscribed to Adobe Export PDF and am trying to convert a pdf file to Word and when I attach the document and start the process the program tells me that I need to enter password and when I do it sends a message that an error occurred while signing in.  Has anyone experience this problem?  I have been trying all morning.
