Adobe form issue 7-7-16

I have a form that was created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES8.2. When I open it and save it with  Adobe 2015 DC and email it no one else can open it.  When it's emailed back to me I then can't even open it and get the message.

Is there a fix or patch for this ?

I have adobe dc version 2015.006.30174 and adobe reader dc 2015.016.20045

I can not view it even if "Enable all features" is clicked.
