Adobe had an error converting to PDF

I have the following features:

Windows 7

Acrobat X (Complete Installation)

And when I try to convert a document the following error msg appears: "Adobe had an error converting to PDF"

I have been repaired, updated and even reinstalled the program, but the same error persists.

I have been enable and disabled the Javascript on edit settings, but nothing change.

Could you advice please?

What kind of document are you trying to convert, and how are you doing it, exactly?

Also, what's your exact version of Acrobat?

And I am trying to convert Web Page, but thata errors appears.
