Adobe not responding

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro. It keeps saying not responding. When it happens multiple times during the day. I run repair adobe and then have to restart my computer. This is very frustrating with the amount of work i do.

Hi, I open this app since yesterday it was open I was so disturb about this app because I think is because I didn't update it and I latter update after is still did the same if I clicked on this app istead to open it , it will close back immediately please I need help about this app because all my files is already keep there. Thanks
