Adobe pdf creation cannot continue because acrobat 10 is not activated

I am running Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium 6 on Windows 7 and
I cannot get a pdf to print with out some sort of activation process. Any ideas on what is preventing me from creating a pdf? Thanks
