Could you please let us know the Operating System installed on your computer- Windows/Mac?
What is the dot version of Acrobat installed on your computer?
Is this happening with specific file or with other files as well?
Have you tried printing from other applications like Notepad/Ms Word?
Try to print from other applications and check if you are still getting the same message.
Also, check if there is an update available for Acrobat.
