Adobe says I can't edit a date in a banner, saying it's a photo. I can CHANGE the date but it doesn't keep the source font, size, and color. Any thoughts?

The person at Adobe who left me on hold for a long time says I can't edit a date in a banner, saying it's a photo.  I can CHANGE the date but it doesn't keep the source font, size, and color.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!

Hi ,What Acrobat version do you work on?Also tell the OS you work on.So once you change the date ,the font size of and color of the date changes ,is that correct?RegardsSukrit Dhingra
