Adobe SDK: C++ code snippet and header for printing the file silently

Question

I am trying to print the pdf files using the Adobe PDF Virtual printer in windows with some options on page size and resolution and then save the document. I want to do this silently without opening the Adobe acrobat program. Can you please provide a sample C++ snippet and header files which works with Adobe SDK to cater to this requirement.

Do you mean the Print to PDF option inside Acrobat? Or do you mean Distiller?

It can also be run programatically in a few different ways. For example, an easy method is from the command line.
