Adobe Send and Track bar stuck to desktop

Hello,

• I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2015.017.20053
• The system that it is running on is a Dell OptiPlex 390 with Windows 7 Professional x64 bit.
• I have 8GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon HD 8490 installed. (Graphics driver by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. version 15.201.1001.0)

The issue begins with Microsoft Office Outlook 2013, when I attach a .PDF file to a new/reply/forward email, the Adobe Send and Track bar appears with a Yes/No option.

When I ignore this bar and simply click the send button, even after closing Outlook all together, this bar sticks to my desktop until I choose Yes or No.

Please help me resolve this issue.
