Adobe will not communicate with my scanner.

All other pdf apps work just fine except Adobe. I've updated all drivers and even uninstalled and reinstalled adobe and still get the same error? This happened randomly I'm not sure why. It worked just fine until a few days ago. Any suggestions?

What product do you work on?Please specify the version as well.

Also tell the OS you work on.
