Adobe XI

I am trying to download a product that I previously purchased.  I have the serial number but it is saying it is an incorrect serial number. I have that it was Adobe Pro XI. I tried to download XI and DC from the web but says incorrect serial number. When I look at products purchased it just says Adobe Pro - but the serial number I am using is the same listed on my account.

Please advise.
