After downloading free trial of Acrobat Pro DC, click "Launch Acrobat," and nothing happens.

I click to download, the installer says it is downloading, I can see the progress  bar, then when it is finished, I click "Launch Acrobat." The window disappears and nothing happens. I've tried this a couple of times. What am I doing wrong?
