After reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.14 on a Windows 7 desktop I receive this error.
C:\\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe - Attempt to access invalid address.

uninstall your acrobat.
clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
restart your computer
install in the default directory.
