Sorry for the issue you are facing. Can you please share following details to help us identify and resolve the issue ASAP:

- Acrobat version you are using

- Scanner details

- Mac OS version

- Scanning from ICA or TWAIN driver

- Is this issue specific to any color mode/resolution or for all

- are you getting same issue everytime
