After Windows 10 new update, "suite product activation required" message shows

I have tried using the repair installation on Acrobat 9 like I have before to fix the "activation required" message and it did not work this time.  When I first installed CS4 on my windows 10 computer, I got that message, used the repair acrobat installation option under help and it worked but not this time after windows updated. Any ideas?
