Alert user that email addresses in multiple fields don't match

Hello! I need an alert to show if the email address input into field 2 doesn't match the email address in field 1. I want the user to manually type into both fields. When they tab out of the second field, I want the email addresses in the two fields to be compared and an alert to show if they don't match. Anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks so much!
