Question

Already paying for Adobe Acrobat Standard on PC– do I have to download and pay separately for Acrobat on my Mac??

I was told that because I already am a subscriber and paying to use Adobe Acrobat on my PC that I should be able to download it and use it on my Mac as well.  I have had no luck doing so and seem to be going in a circle of being told I need to purchase a licence for Acrobat for Mac, trying to do so, and getting a message that I am already a subscriber... can someone clarify this for me?

The issue is that Acrobat Standard is not available on a Mac, only on a Windows machine. If you want to be able to take advantage of the cross-platform nature of your subscription then you need to upgrade to the Pro version.

[PS. I'm moving this question to one of the Acrobat forums, as it's not related to Adobe Reader]
