just signed up for a monthly subscription but a huge waste!!! always conversion failure everytime i combine files into one pdf!!

Would like to know using which service you are trying to convert the files.If you are using online services,please try to check with the Different Internet Browsers.

Also check whether is this happening with all the files or specific one.

Please elaborate the issue so that can help you further with this issue.
